To Bill's family, I am sorry for the loss of such a great man. While I was only in his presence probably 10-12 days of my entire life, I have some great memories of him. He taught me what real food is, and that it could taste amazing! He was such a kind gentle man, who loved to laugh and have a good time. And if you were there on that memorable weekend in West Virginia, you will always remember how sure he was that COMBINE, the racing dog, was going to win the sixth race!
