I loved working with Mr. Bennett at Hilltop apartments. He was so much fun. He was so compassionate, caring, and a true friend to everyone who knew him. He was the one who hired me to work at Purdue back in 1984. He mentored many students and he absolutely never asked anyone to do anything that he wouldn't do. True statement. He was the best manager I worked for and with. May he RIP. He will be missed.

Bill made a difference in the lives of many Purdue people while working and while in retirement. I enjoyed working with Bill on the PURA Hospitality Committee. May the good memories give you comfort. and peace.

A wonderful man, and an inspiration to residents and staff in Purdue's residence halls with his kind and understanding manner. Under his management at Fowler Courts/RHAS, I learned the importance - and rewards - of service. He will be missed.

I worked with Bill at The Boiler Copy Maker that used to be at the Union. Bill was such an inspiration, loved to sing, especially Fly Me to The Moon by Frank Sinatra. He was such a great guy!!!
