Victoria J. Ringeisen

Victoria “Vicki” Jean Ringeisen was born August 10, 1925 to Victor L. and Minnie (Farris) Munson.  She passed peacefully on October 30, 2022.  Victoria had been a resident at Mulberry Health for almost two years, where she received excellent care.  She graduated from Jefferson High School in 1943 after eight years at Elston School.  After graduation she began working at the Indiana Associated Telephone Company (later becoming the General Telephone Company).  After high school Victoria played softball with her sister, Nellie (Munson) Shaw on the Indiananns.  She also taught all of her children to pitch and catch.  She married Leo B. Ringeisen on November 13, 1949.  She was a member of Elston Presbyterian Church and the Port Orange Presbyterian Church in Florida.  She was involved in church circles and missions at both and the acolytes at Port Orange.

She is survived by daughter Gale L. Ringeisen, son Mark A. Ringeisen and son Dan R. (Mary Madden) Ringeisen.  She was preceded in death by husband, Leo B. Ringeisen and daughter, Dale Ringeisen-Gildow.

Visitation is Friday, November 4, 2022, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Soller-Baker Funeral Home, 400 Twyckenham Boulevard, Lafayette, IN 47909.

Funeral service is Saturday, November 5, 2022, 1:00 pm, at Elston Presbyterian Church, 375 Elston Road, Lafayette, IN 47909.  Pastor Rick Ryan Officiant.
