Tonya R. Mull, 59, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Franciscan Health Lafayette East.
She was born June 24, 1966, in New Castle, IN, to B. Jean (Rector) Wichterman and the late Chris Wichterman.
Tonya attended Eastern University in Richmond, Ky.
Her marriage was to Roger Mull, and he survives.
Tonya worked as a library clerk for Purdue University for several years before retiring due to disability.
She was a member of Faith Church and enjoyed baking and watching Hallmark Movies.
Surviving with her husband and mother are a stepson, Aaron (LeAnna) Mull of Lafayette, a brother, Jeff Wichterman of Jeffersonville, a sister, Tammy (Chris) Piske of Burlington, and two grandsons, Cooper Mull and Layton Mull. Also surviving are nieces, Betsy Shaw of Burlington, Katy Albaugh of Nashville, and Bailey Goodale of Chester, IL and nephews, Zach Wichterman and Alex Wichterman both of New Albany. As well as several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 am on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at Faith Church main auditorium. Dr. Rob Green will be officiating.
