Theodore Joseph “Ted” Minardo, 59, of Lafayette, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Wesley Manor in Frankfort, after a 6-month battle with health issues.

He was born May 28, 1963, in Lafayette, to Larry K. and Patsy A. (Garrison) Minardo. He was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School and worked as a Driver for Biggs Pump & Supply for many years.

Ted enjoyed boating, fishing, camping with his children, and playing baseball as a young child. He was an avid sports fan, he especially liked football. Above all, he most enjoyed time spent with his children, grandchildren, and family. He was a blessing and will truly be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He is survived by his 2 children, TJ (Nikita) Minardo and Krista Minardo; his parents, Larry and Patsy Minardo; 3 siblings, Tricia (Mike) Yoder, Tammy (Jack) Stoner, and Tim (Cheryl) Minardo, all of Lafayette; his close friend of over 20 years, Roberta; 6 grandchildren, Kiera, Kaylee, Brooklyn, Brantley, Alexa, and Isaiah; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm (noon), Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Soller-Baker, Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, IN 47909.

Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 1200 Sagamore Pkwy N, Lafayette, IN 47904.
