? Roberta J. “Bobbye” Hicks, 65, of Mulberry, died at 1:37 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Central in Lafayette.
She was born June 3, 1946, in Logansport, to Jean Ellen Corcoran Crawford of Logansport and the late Donald D. See.
On April 1, 1982, she married Jerry W. Hicks in Boulder, Colo., and he survives.
Mrs. Hicks worked as a licensing specialist for the Nevada State Board of Nursing for 15 years before retiring in 2005.
Surviving with her husband and mother are three sons, Mark McKown, Donnie McKown and Ian McKown, all of Denver, Colo., and a sister, Dawn Biddle of Logansport.
A memorial visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2011, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, IN 47909. Those wishing may contribute to the Almost Home Humane Society.
