Robert L. Stroud, 68, a devoted father and a passionate car enthusiast, passed away peacefully at his home in Lafayette, on February 8th, 2024. He is survived by his son, Justin L. Stroud, and his extended family. Robert enjoyed watching Formula 1 racing and spending time with his friends at the Eagles. He worked hard all his life to provide for his loved ones and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm on Friday, February 16, 2024, until the time of the service at 6:00 pm at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd.  The family request you come dressed casually, as most would know, Robert was never one for dressing up.
