Rita L. Wolff, 93, of West Lafayette, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Creasy Springs Health Campus.  She was born August 18, 1929, in Milwaukee, WI, to the late Albert and Lucille (Murkowski) Plate.  Rita graduated from Washington High School in Milwaukee and on November 10, 1951, she married Harvey C. Wolff in Milwaukee, and he preceded her in death on April 27, 2002.

Rita worked as a secretary for Greater Lafayette Health Services, retiring several years ago.  She was a member of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in West Lafayette.  Rita enjoyed gardening, ceramics and camping with her family.

Surviving are her children Dale A. (Rita) Wolff of Williamsport, Susan M. (Randall) Provo of West Lafayette, Linda A. Wright of Lafayette, Mark C. (Jayne) Wolff of Colfax, Carole J. Sharp of Rossville, John M. (Patty) Wolff of West Lafayette, grandchildren Jerediah, Jamie, David, Kirk, Sarah, Wesley, Mason, Justin, Brennon, Jennifer Nicole, Ashley, Levi and Jacob, great grandchildren Tanner, Brayden, Lucas, Mikayla, Lucas, Noah, Emma, Allexis, Kylei, Peyton, Karlee, Charlie Jean, Jayden, Talon, Jackson, Damien, Andrew, Haven, Hadley, Landon and Jack.  Also surviving is her sister Carol A. (Chris Mihas) Wartchow-Mihas of Greenfield, WI.  Rita was preceded in death by a granddaughter Christin, son-in-laws Terry Wright and Terry Sharp and a brother Richard Plate.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in West Lafayette, Ted Dudzinski officiating.  Entombment will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette, IN.
