Rhonda Kay Tague, 57, of Lafayette, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022 at IU Health Arnett Hospital.

She was born February 17, 1965, in Logansport, to the late Wiley and Rachel Ivonne (Robbins) Pope.

Rhonda married Tim W. Tague on February 17, 1996 in Lafayette and he survives.

She enjoyed traveling, jamming to her favorite songs, scratching off lottery tickets, adored babies, loved animals, especially her fur-babies, and taking photos of all her loved ones and vacations.

Surviving with her husband, Tim, are daughter, Kathryn Ivonne Tague of Lafayette, Son, Leland Wiley (wife Brittney) Tague of Lafayette, daughter, Sarah Elizabeth (husband Dan) Tague-Goldblatt of Indianapolis, brother, David (Kristi) Pope and two sisters, Kim (husband Clint) Moore and Sheri Pope all of Lafayette.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 15th at Soller- Baker Funeral Home, Lafayette Chapel

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Soller- Baker Funeral Home, Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette, with Gamaliel Ortiz officiating. Burial will follow at Meadow View Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Rhonda’s name to Almost Home Humane Society.

Tim please accept both my husband and my deep condolences on the passing of your wife, Rhonda. It is such immeasurable grief. From all I'm noticing she seemed to be quite a lady and I am glad you found each other and shared so much. May her memory be a blessing and in time, may your first thoughts of her bring a smile to your heart before the pain of loss.

I'm sorry to hear of her passing. Losing family close or far is hard. She was always so kind to message me every once in awhile just to see how I was doing and I always enjoyed our conversations. Praying for everyone through this time ???
