I have been thinking of you and Phil over the weeks.
I was planning to come down this afternoon but decided I need to stay with Bob. He was recently diagnosed with cancer and starts his treatments Tuesday. Sometimes, he gets confused, and I&m not sure what he will do. Unfortunately, today is one of those days.
Hope to see you soon. Missed you at the end of the "season."

We are so sorry to hear about Sparky. You are in our thoughts & prayers.Just remember that God broke your heart to prove to you that he only takes the best.Remember all the fond memories you 2 shared together. No one can take those memories away.Sparky was a great friend to many at the golf course & will be missed.Sparky allways had a smile. This is a hard time of year to lose someone. You take care.
What a joy it has been to be your neighbors! Sparky was the "light" of the neighborhood and, I believe, self-proclaimed keeper of all the goings-on. He could always fill us in on what was happening, who was doing what, who had what car, and who wasn&t behaving themselves. He is in a much better place, but will be greatly missed!
You have been a wonderful "saint" during his illness. Rest assured you did all the right things to make his final days as comfortable as possible. You are a strong, amazing woman and the Lord will give you the strenght to carry on. Allow yourself to grieve - you need to. We are here for you and will do whatever we can to help you through this process.
We love you,
Norm and Susie
PS My daughter&s Army Unit @ Grissom A.F.Base is having a Family Day Open House all day Sunday, therefore will not be at Phil&s service. Don
