Patrick L. (Barrick) Yoder, 74. of Dayton, passed away at 2:00 am on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Creasy Springs Health Campus.
He was born May 30, 1942 in Elkhart, to the late Fora and Donna (Hoover) Yoder.
His marriage of 53 years was to Earaleta Hickman Evans and she survives.
Patrick joined the United States Air Force in 1962 and retired as Master Sargent in 1986.
He was very active after retirement with the veteran’s associations volunteering at the Indiana Veterans Home and as a member of American Legion Post #11.
Surviving along with his wife are three children, Robert Evans Jr of Battle Ground, Linda Tarkington (Charles) of Lafayette and Kelly Sappington (Terrence) of Elkhart. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and nine half brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 2:30 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3:30 pm on April 22, 2107 at Battle Ground United Methodist Church, 201 Tipton St. Battle Ground, IN 47920
