We had so many memories of Aunt Pat, with many funny moments! I especially enjoyed the week I spent with Aunt Pat, Uncle Ed and Cousins in late August 1963. Aunt Pat had a fine sense of humor. She was so welcoming in later years, such as the time when Ralph and I had a tire blowout on the interstate near Batesville, Indiana and needed a place to stay overnight. Rachel says that Aunt Pat was synonymous with Memorial Day weekend and remembers breakfast with her at Christos as well as accounts of squirrels in her yard, her garden, and little treats on visits such as snickerdoodles. Yes, we will miss her, but always with a smile on our faces.

Have fond memories of Pat and the other euchre club ladies. They were lifelong friends who shared much laughter during the good times and loving support during the sad ones. My sincere sympathy to all.
