In my cousin Pam's extended family, she was always and forever a bright light - smart, generous, and always with that wry humor we so LOVED. From her childhood days thru nursing school and raising her own family, she overcame all obstacles and celebrated family and life with that trademark humor and a twinkle in her eyes. The mere mention of Pams name brought a smile, and especially a hope for a visit or at least an update on her family and life. Distance form Chicago or West Lafayette did not diminish those family bonds in the least, and as the years passed, those calls and visits became even more of a treasure, in particular those annual forays to Brown County and Little Nashville. I'm confident that those who knew Pam would agree she excelled in her nursing profession, cared deeply about her entire family, and provided so much fun and laughter throughout her life. I'm also sure she would point to her kids as her best work - I know how much they were loved, and then all the grandchildren and great grandchildren that followed became her extra blessing (and the source of stories and our updates). Lastly, I am most certain that Pam was loved to the moon and back by our extended family from the day she was born. For all of those wonderful stories told and memories shared, we love her still. Rest in peace, cousin Pammy. Marty Koss

I knew her because we went to the same hairdresser. We tried to make appointments on the same day so we could enjoy our conversations. How we laughed! I am truly sorry for your loss.
