Obie L. Gregory, 43, of Lafayette, passed away at 11:50 am Monday, February 16, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 6, 1971, in Slavens, KY, to Obie Gregory and the late Judy Elliott. Obie attended Lafayette Jefferson High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family watching sports walking and fishing. Surviving are four brothers, Tim Walker (Veronika) of Lafayette, Tom Walker (Stacy) of Williamsport, MIke Walker (Mary) of Colfax and Raymond Walker (Karen) of Clarks Hill; and three sisters, Tammy Duncan of Georgia, Karla Barnett (James) of Williamsport and Bonnie Gregory (Paul) of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by a brother William Walker. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 20, 2015 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel 400 Twyckenham Blvd Lafayette, IN 47909 with Pastor Tim Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Clarks Hill Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute in Obie's name to the American Cancer Society.
