Stan---
You probably do not remember me---so long ago I attended Stockwell UMC.
I used to live with Jim and Linda Morris back in the summer in 1972.
Anyway, read about your father on line and wish to send condolences. May God
pour His comfort upon you in this time. May His presence be a refuge for you.
God bless

I will miss Fleet terribly. Yet, anyone who knew him knows that he is now with the Lord Jesus, his friends and many family, and his most cherished bride and friend, Norma. I have so much enjoyed being welcomed into their family time and again. He and Norma were truly a special couple from the greatest generation. The song that Fleet requested us to sing the most at the Veterans& Home was ""I&ll Fly Away."" I will think of his kind hands, big smile, unmistakeable voice and his wit when I sing that song and ""some glad morning..."" May God&s love , peace, and comfort fill your hearts as we thank God for the gift of knowing Norman.

I really enjoyed Norm and Norma Hankins from the time I met them at their apartment, then took care of them in Tecumseh hall and pyle. They were the sweetest people that I have had the privelege to know and take care of. Norm knew my name until recently and always had a smile for me when I would see him. I will miss Norm (aka Fleet) alot. My prayers go out to your families and they will always hold a place in my heart and I was glad I got to take care of both your parents.
In my prayers, Rena Washington former head of tech and lincoln, presently manager of mac 3.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

It was my pleasure to have known Norman. I remember when he and Norma were first admitted to the Home. He always had a smile and he was always following Norma down the hall. Sometimes this was reversed, but you hardly ever say one without the other. I know they are now both together and I look forward to seeing them again in our Father&s kingdom. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for the privilege to have served your family.

Sincerely,
Rose Daniels
