Nicole impressed me with the way she balanced directness with warmth, professionalism with openness, and dedication to her career with devotion to her family. Nicole's drive and enthusiasm was as evident through the effort she put into the Simon Employee Association - volunteering her time and effort to coordinate events and promote a sense of community among her colleagues - as it was through the effort she put into her passions of cooking, spoiling her dog, and celebrating holidays (especially Halloween!). I will miss her kindness, her positivity, and her great sense of humor.
