Michelle Anita Long, 52, of Lafayette, was called home Saturday, March 25, 2023 from her residence.

She was born October 23, 1970, in Chicago, IL, to the late Michael Nurse and Emma (Harris) Webb.

She was also preceded in death by her sons Chris and Corey.

Michelle was educated in Indiana where she received her associate degree from Everest College and worked as a Medical Assistant.

Michelle enjoyed singing, dancing, music, sports, coloring and going to the casino. But most of all she enjoyed time with her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory: Her husband, Roger Long, Jr., two daughters, Desiree (husband Emmanqual) Mcferren and Jessica Gavin, two step-daughters, Elisabeth (husband Tony) Cast of Frankfort, and Candy Long, two brothers: Confort Webb and Michael (wife Danniell) Jefferson, a sister, Nicole and Rosetta Jefferson. Also surviving are grandchildren, A’Mya, Bryan, LaDainian, Jeaniya, Jah-Brea, Caesar, Trinity, Aiden, Addison, Greyson and Kynnsley. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Visitation will be Friday April 7, 2023 3pm – 4pm at Soller-Baker Funeral Home, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette, IN 47909.
