Mary Kay Haley, 89, of Monticello, IN joined her husband Edward M. Haley on March 19, 2013. Mary Kay was born April 15, 1923 in Columbus, IN. She was married to the late Edward M. Haley in Indianapolis on Dec. 1, 1945, and was longtime residents of Battle Ground, IN. Mary Kay and her husband were owners of Haley's bait shop in Hayward, WI. She also worked at University Presbyterian Church in West Lafayette, IN for 15 yrs. She then moved to Brookston, IN and worked at Klein Brot Haus (1991-2001). Mary Kay enjoyed playing bingo with her friends at St. Anthony's Health Care in Lafayette, IN. Mary Kay is survived by four children: a son Pete Haley of Battle Ground, and three daughters Cherry Andrews of Lafayette, Dutch DeVault (husband Jim) of Lafayette, and Nelita Weaver (husband David) of Monticello. She also is survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to an 11:00 AM service Friday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Rev Chris Dobson officiating. Memorial contributions to Monticello Christian Church. Burial will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
