Margaret Culp, 88, of Carmel (formerly of Lafayette) passed away peacefully at home on August 16th, 2014.She was born March 12th, 1926 in Oxford, Indiana to the late Florence and Leslie Nichols. She married William R. Culp on December 3rd, 1949, who preceded her in death in 2005. Margaret graduated from Oxford High School and Indiana State University. She worked for the Family Practice Center and Lafayette Podiatry Associates.Margaret's family was her pride and joy. She is survived by daughter, Carol Culp O'Neal (husband, Doc) of Carmel and grandchildren, Courtney Bryant (husband, Josh), Colin, Cody and Connor O'Neal. Also, three beautiful great granddaughters, Harper, Sloane and Finley Bryant. She is survived by her brother Tommy (wife, Mary), and brother-in-law, Glen Hulbert. She was preceded in death by sisters Julia Snodgrass (husband, Gene) and Jeannette Hulbert.The family wishes to acknowledge the compassionate care she received from Manor Care at Summer Trace, Senior Helpers and People First Hospice.Visitation will be Wednesday August 20th from 1:00PM-2:00PM Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel followed by the service at 2:00PM.
