Madonna R.A. King, 79, of Lafayette, passed away at 1:00 am on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Mulberry Health and Retirement Community.
She was born April 22, 1939 in Lafayette to the late Walter L. and Marie L. (Hawk) Sweet.
Madonna married Donald L. King on September 23, 1978 in Lafayette. He preceded her in death on February 10, 2012.
Madonna was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are her children, David Bunch of Indiana, Alfred Bunch (companion Vicki Tomasino) of California, Steve Bunch (wife Jill) of Lafayette, April Agee (husband Brian) of Florida and Katrina McCalment (husband Alan) of Lafayette. Also surviving is her sister, JoAnn Fleming (husband Alden) of Lafayette, fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2:30 until the time of the service at 3:30 pm on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd Lafayette, with Bishop James Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette.
