Lee G. Wheeldon, 82, of Lafayette, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at IU Health Arnett Hospital. She was born May 5, 1935, in Moorehead, KY, to the late Herbert and Sara Brown Bowman. Her marriage was to John A. Wheeldon on August 22, 1974 and he survives.
Surviving with her husband are her children Mark (Tracey) Richards of Monon, Kenny (Lisa) Wheeldon of Royal Center, Scott (Teresa) Richards of West Lafayette, Steve (Annie) Wheeldon of Lafayette, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Clara Conn of Moorehead, KY.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel. Interment will be at Meadowview Cemetery in Lafayette.
