Lawrence T. Jones, 75, of West Lafayette, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Franciscan Health Lafayette.  He was born August 14, 1950, in Lafayette, IN, to the late Lawrence and Lucine (Padgett) Jones.

Larry graduated from Vincennes University and on March 21, 1970, he married Tina Remley in West Lafayette and she survives.  Larry worked as a CAD Technician/Draftsman for National Homes for 17 years and then H. Stuart Kline for 25 years.

Surviving along with his wife are his children Chris M. (Amy) Jones of West Lafayette, Brian S. (Julie) Jones of St. Louis, MO, Natalie K. (William) Fultz of Lutz, FL, Lawrence R. (Brittany) Jones of West Lafayette, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Also surviving are his sisters Carolyn McKay and Mary Jane Lannerd of both West Lafayette.  Larry was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Ann Brettnacher and a grandson Devin Chancey.

Visitation will be from 1:30 pm until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in West Lafayette.  Interment will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation, American Heart Association or charity of choice in Larry’s memory.

1. I will never forget my first motorcycle ride behind Larry and his Hodaka motorcycle. 2. Larry had an Impala automobile. He would stop at the Standard Oil gas station, stick a dollar bill out the window, and get three gallons of gas.
