Junise Abigail Dorvil Doyle, 21, of Lafayette, died unexpectedly Thursday, June 30, 2011, in Lafayette.
The daughter of Richard A. and Sandra J. Lehe Doyle, of Lafayette, she was born Nov. 4, 1989, in Vincent, Haiti, to the late Otellia Destine and Tony Dorvil.
She attended Faith Christian School and was enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College.
She worked as a certified nursing assistant in Lafayette.
She attended Evangelical Covenant Church.
Surviving with her parents are five sisters, Nadine Saintilus (husband: Metelus), Cerenise Dorvil, both of Haiti, Fabienne Dorvil Doyle, Lucy Dorvil Doyle, both of Lafayette, and Amy Jones of Indianapolis; and five brothers, Cheribum Dorvil, Lavila Dorvil, Roland Dorvil, all of Haiti, Eric Doyle (wife: Jana) of Lafayette and Benjamin Doyle (wife: Ashely) of Indianapolis.
Preceded in death by a brother, Jeremy Doyle.
There will be a graveside service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens with Pastors Wes Campbell and Stacey Littlefield officiating. In lieu of flowers those wishing may contribute to the Junise Doyle Student Scholarship Fund for Faith Christian School students with checks being made to Faith Christian School at 5526 St. Rd. 26 E. Lafayette, IN 47905.

I am so sorry to hear of Junise&s untimely passing. My son, Benjamin, was in
her class at Tippecanoe County Child Care in downtown Lafayette about 2 years ago. He was only 2yrs old at the time and cried for the first week. Junise was always very patient with him and held and comforted him when I could not. I was so grateful that she was there for him. He was so sad when he had to switch to the 3yr old&s class because it meant leaving Junise behind. She was truly a bright star with a smile that lit up the room. After she left the daycare we always loved seeing her out and about town. It&s so heartbreaking to know she is gone. Our family offers our deepest sympathy to Junise&s friends and loved ones.
