One of my last moments with you was when we played golf with your group at the last reunion (35th)? What a reunion and joy that was to have experienced that with life long friends like you. You made my coming home event even more special. But then it’s not like it’s anything different coming from you.
Our relationship as friend and neighbor started almost as soon as when we moved into our Lafayette home in 1975 and with my attending Tippy. Even have some fond memories of sharing a meal or two with you and family— nothing but kindness from everyone.
So go in peace now my friend as we keep you and dear family in our prayers. May God watch over you until we meet again one day to finish that golf game ?
