James (Jamie) Sherrill passed away unexpectedly on June 17 at his home. Born on August 4, 1971, he was the son of Gerald (Jerry) Sherrill (deceased) and Janet Sherrill (surviving). Jamie graduated from Harrison High School (1990), Purdue University 1994 (BS), and 1998(MS). He spent most of his professional career as a supervisor of production in various food manufacturing facilities, including Kroger, Kraft, Schwann and others. Survived by his children: son, Tyler Sherrill of Warsaw, IN, daughter, Elliott Sherrill of Hebron, KY, step-daughter Jorja Kurtz of Hebron, KY, and his sister, Allison Sherrill, of West Lafayette. He loved his children and was very proud of them. Memorial donations to Mental Health Association of Tippecanoe County or choice of donor.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Soller-Baker West Lafayette Chapel, 1184 Sagamore Parkway W. West Lafayette.
