Evelyn A. Jankovic, 87, passed away August 22, 2014 in Stuart, FL. Mrs. Jankovic was born in White County, IN. She moved to Jensen Beach in 1997, coming from Hinsdale, IL. She graduated from the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Lafayette. She loved listening to music. She loved reading the word of God as she read her bible daily. She loved nature and walking in the woods. Surviving are her sons, Michael Jankovic of West Chicago, IL, Stephen Jankovic of Lowell, IN, and Douglas Jankovic of Buffalo, NY. Daughters are Teresa Jankovic of Croton, NY, Tracy Jankovic of Boynton Beach, FL, and Jerrlyn Mahuron, of Port St. Lucie, FL, a brother, Frank O'Brien of Winter Garden, FL. Her sisters are Mary Taylor, Patricia Nelson, Nellie Dawson, Cecelia Albright, and Esther Duncan all of Indiana. There are 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday August 30, 2014 at the Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel with the service starting at 12:00 PM. The interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
