Rest in Peace Don. You were always a great friend and co-worker. I hope to see you again someday when there are no more lawns to mow. Just cars to tweak and tune.

Wow, what great times we had together! So much fun traveling to Tennessee, Wisconsin, car shows and races. So much fun with the pups, Skeeter, Phoebe and Gabriella. Watching nascar and indycar and Big 10 sports! So many good times with the family at the Crowe's Nest as well. It is so wonderful you have pushed your walker aside and can kick your heels up again! I can only image you up in Heaven driving Buffy, Phoebe Gabby, Skeeter and Penny around in a perfectly restored classic corvette! :) Cheers to my sweet Donald R!!! "C"athy

To Don's family, so sorry for your loss. We, neighbors of Don's, don't have cattle any more; but Don used to wish he had one of them to put in his freezer.

My wife, Laura and I have known Don since Junior high school.Don was a kind person. When Laura's dog, Cody, was sick, Don was there to give words of comfort and understanding. When Cody died, Don sent Laura a beautiful bouquet of multi-colored roses. Whenever I needed his help or mechanical expertise, Don was there to either assist or advise. Don enjoyed good conversations with his friends and was able to converse on a variety of subjects with ease. Don loved the oldies and could name that band and oldies song without any difficulty. Don was an expert at B-B-Qing and smoking various cuts of meat and often shared his delicious smoked creations with us. Don was like family to me and Laura. Don was also a Christian and professed his faith to us. We are sad because we will miss Don. But, at the same time we are happy because someday we will all be together again in Paradise.
