Debra K. Fisher, 60, of Lafayette passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 at IU Arnett Hospital. She was born April 18, 1954, in Lafayette to the late Jesse Patterson and Martha Jones Patterson Sharpe. On October 7, 1989 she married Meredith Fisher in Lafayette and he survives. Debra worked for Burns Security as a Field Service Supervisor for several years. She has owned and operated Bright Star Daycare in Lafayette since 1997. Debra enjoyed traveling and NASCAR. Surviving along with her husband are her children Dana K. Richardson (Michael) of Lafayette, Dennis P. Morris (Dayna) of Mulberry, stepchildren Scott Fisher (Ginger) of Lafayette, Michael Fisher (Heather) of West Point, Crystal Fisher of Lafayette, grand children Aleea, Laikyn, Bradyn, 9 step grandchildren and a great granddaughter. Also survivng are her brothers David W.Patterson (Sheila) of Richmond, KY, Douglas R. Patterson of West Lafayette and her sister Delaine K. Eberhart (Jason) of Lafayette. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Friday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Funeral service will be 2 PM Saturday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, Pastor Chester Tague Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Meadow View Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Debra's memory to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
