Deborah S. Pendleton, 75, of Lafayette, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Franciscan Health Lafayette. She was born on April 22, 1951, in Lafayette to the late Russell and Hazel (Clark) Cox. Deborah graduated from Southwestern High School and on July 11, 1971, she married Tony W. Pendleton in Lafayette, and he preceded her in death on October 3, 2018. Deborah worked in the cafeteria at Mayflower School for several years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends with her Wednesday lunch group.

Surviving are her children Jennifer (Kenneth) Maxson of Lafayette, IN, Andrew (Tami) Pendleton of West Lafayette, IN, Brian (Misty) Pendleton of Battle Ground, IN, grandchildren Katlyn, Ashlyn, Ashton, Marcus, great granddaughters Cora and Cricket.

Also surviving are her siblings Larry Cox of Lafayette, Peg (Paul) Wright of Destin, FL, Steve Cox of Lafayette and David (Becky) Cox of Rossville, IN. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday September 27, 2026, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 am on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette.
