Dan the Man was a kind-hearted, soft-spoken man. Susan always said he was the nicest person she had ever met. He cared for and provided for his family. He was honored to be a dad and adored his sons; they were his pride and joy. He absolutely loved being a Papple to Kamden and Kash. His hobby was his wife, Susan. He loved her more than words could ever be spoken. He was her rock, her forever and always. Dan loved to dance, laugh, and sing. He loved music, Randy Travis was one he favored and sounded like when he sang. Susan’s last words to him were, “Dan the Man, I’m goin’a love you forever and ever, Amen.”
Dan the Man was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow blood cancer in Sept. 2022. Acute Myeloid Leukemia was an added complication. He fought the disease with constant hopefulness, and with a smile on his face…never giving up, right to the end.
