Cynthia D.(Lancaster) Camp , 72

Cynthia D. Camp passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018 surrounded by her children.

Cynthia was the daughter of the late Charles and Geraldine Tolen Lancaster.  A graduate of Jefferson High School, she married the man of her dreams, the late Joseph Camp, on March 14, 1964.  A stay at home mom for a number of years, she and Joe then managed the U-Store-It Self Storage together for 28 years.

Cynthia was an amazing wife, sister, mother, and grandmother.  She loved to fish and take boat rides with her family.  She was a lover of all things Disney and enjoyed many vacations with her children and grandchildren with Mickey Mouse.  She was an avid fan of all athletic and band events that her grandchildren participated in and was excited for the upcoming arrival of her first great grandbaby in October.

Cynthia is survived by her three children, Michelle Cochnower; Tycie Childers (husband Rob); and Joe Camp (wife Laurie); 8 amazing grandchildren: Cameron, Anabelle, Sam, Carson, Abi, Carter, Jack, and Molly; and one great grandbaby; siblings Denny Lancaster (wife Terri), Sharon Smith (husband Ralph), and Melody Crumly (husband Marty).

Visitation will be Friday April 13, 2018 from 5-8pm Soller-Baker Funeral Home Lafayette Chapel.

Funeral service Saturday April 14, 2018 at 10am Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel Pastors Bill & Pam Mickler officiating. Burial Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
It all started with a boy, a girl and a kiss. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
