Cheryl graduated from McCutcheon High School and worked at Purdue University for several years. She enjoyed her cats George, Hope and Findley. Surviving along with her father is her brother Michael Butz of Lafayette.

A private service will be held. Inurnment will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Lafayette.

I am so sorry to hear of Cheryl’s passing. I worked with Cheryl and have so many fun memories of her. We bonded over our love for animals and she always shared her stories of time volunteering at Woodhaven. She lit up every room she was in and her laugh was contagious. She will be greatly missed.
