Braeden Anthony Dimmitt, 18, of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at St. Vincent Hopsital, Indianapolis.
He was born May 3, 1999 in Lafayette to Brent Dimmitt and Karianne Clark Noyes.
Braeden just celebrated his High School graduation in June from Lafayette Jefferson High School where he participated in cross country and started the first Paint Ball Club. He enjoyed fishing, camping, paint ball, video games, car shows, and bonfires. Braeden worked at Kirby Risk as a machinist. He believed very strongly in organ donation and this he did as a last act of kindness and compassion for others.
Surviving are his mother, Karianne L. Noyes of Lafayette; father, Brent Dimmitt of Lafayette; sister, Neah Noyes of Lafayette; grandparents, Janet (Cletis) Pelfree of Lafayette; grandmother, Karen (Bob) Sexton of Lafayette; great grandparents, Marcia and Jesse Sackett of Florida; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 25 at Soller- Baker Funeral Home, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette.
Service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Soller- Baker Funeral Home, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette with Tom Camp officiating. Interment will be at Meadow View Cemetery at a later date.
