There are no words to express our deepest sympathy to Brad's family and closest friends. Our family's memories of Brad go back to big wheels and ball gloves; Durgan,Tecumseh and Lafayette Jeff. The world seems upside down to be absent a strong humorous person such as Brad. Hopefully the void that is left will fill with all the joys you experienced and memories you shared. We remember Brad with a smile.

I started working with Brad at Heartland a very short time ago, and I did not really know Brad all that well yet. From the first day he started, though, I could tell he had an electric personality, and he seemed to always want to draw people in. We chatted for a while at our company awards lunch, and I got to hear about his wonderful family and children. Brad is already missed here at Heartland, and I know many others who knew him better have a piece of their heart that will always be missing. Rest in peace, Brad. Peace of the Lord be with your family until they see you again.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I met Brad at Purdue and studied Chemical Engineering with him. From the first class to the last lab paper he was a constant study partner at school and I’ll be forever grateful to him for helping me through. Even if it was a joke, a beer (obviously), or an ear to vent, he was a great friend. I ran into him at Purdue from time to time, especially when we were interviewing for interns. It’s a sign of a good friend when you don’t interact for a while and light up when you see each other and pick up right where you left off. Rest in peace Brad, until we meet again.

Oh my, I'm so sad to hear of this as I always enjoyed talking to Brad at the store when buying his brew. he had a great passion for his brews and kids and usually the conversation lead to both. I'll forever be grateful to him for honoring my son Kameron who Brad supervised at the Ethanol plant with the Castoway beer he made. Still have some empty cans that will now stay we me as a memory of both. My heartfelt sympathy to his children and you kids should know he was a very proud father of you all. I will miss our conversations. RIP Brad.

I was very sorry to hear about Brad. I'll always remember time spent with him growing up, swimming in the pool, and playing baseball in the makeshift field we created in the open field behind the neighborhood. Most of all, I can't forget the jokes that Brad told. It was always his delivery as much as the content of the joke. Rest easy, my friend. Have some new brews ready for all of us when we see you on the other side. Prayers for all his family and friends.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

There are no perfect words to express the gravity of this loss. Brad was the love of our daughter’s life. He filled Lindsay’s life with excitement, joy, respect and a love only found in Fairytales. How do you describe perfect because that is what they had. May God surround this family with His healing Powers giving strength and sending angels to gently dry our tears. God bless all of you.

I met Brad a few days after he opened the brewery. I was just visiting Lafayette and was delighted to find the best beer in town. Within five minutes, I realized we shared a love for music, beer, and so much more. I made it a point to visit whenever I was in the area and always felt right at home. You'll be missed, my beer brother.

I can't believe he's gone. I knew him for a little while we both work at monosol. He was always a real nice guy. My mother (Sylvia) and I really enjoyed talking to him. I really like about him was he never tried to fit in with the crowd. He always did things his way. He was easy going easy to talk to he was extremely happy about the bar he had and enjoyed talking about making his liquor. Good bye my friend. Brad gone to soon.

Knapp! We laughed every time we ran into each other, as kids and adults. Literally every time. We laughed during some of our old coaches scoldings, and made everyone run sweet 16’s, probably more than anyone else knew. I’m going to miss all of our laughs brother. Until we meet again. Rest easy my friend.
