Beverly D. McFall, 83, of Lafayette passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Franciscan Health Lafayette East.
She was born April 22, 1938, in Rensselaer, IN to Howard and Ethel (Yeoman) Duggleby but at a young age, she lost her father and was raised by her widowed mother to be a strong independent woman. As a divorced single mother, she used that strength to raise her three children: Jon McFall of Brook, Joni Deno of Battle Ground, and Jennifer (Wayne) Sanford of Wolcott.
She attended Rensselaer schools and worked as Personnel Manager for Per Pak where she made many lifelong friends. Bev enjoyed watching HGTV, using it as inspiration for her never-ending remodeling projects.
Gardening was her passion as evidenced by her always beautiful, landscaped yard. For many years, she did woodworking projects, making rocking horses and toy trains for her grandkids. When she wasn’t gardening or remodeling, she had her Kindle in hand. After retiring, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with family.
Along with her children she is survived by her companion, Sonnie Lynch of Lafayette; 4 grandchildren, Ryan Sanford of Seattle, WA, Kyle Sanford of Wolcott, Kyra Sanford of Noblesville, and Brandon Deno of Battle Ground; great-grandchildren, Raiden and Raileigh Deno, both of Beach Grove; extended family, Jim Lynch of Lafayette, Rob (Kerry) Lynch of Indianapolis, and Bill (Chris) Lynch of Plainfield; extended grandchildren, Collin Lynch of West Palm Beach, FL, Kendra (David) Kirkhoff of Greensboro, NC, and Jake Lynch of Plainfield.
Memorial contributions in Beverly’s name may be given to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692 or at www.heart.org.
