I kept planning to visit her at the nursing home but due to my wife's poor health
was never able to do so. I enjoyed talking to her and Tom when we used to have a
Sheets reunion. One thing I always remember was that my mother Iva (Jones)
Smith was at Sheets home when Beulah come home from the hospital after
having been born to help her mother care for her. Iva's mother was Anna Reta Jones

It was such a privilege to worship with Miss Beulah. Her love for the church and her Lord was evident in all she did. I miss her singing praises with me on Sundays. One of my favorite memories was about 5 years ago, Beulah and Reed Sims held hands as the church gathered to lay hands on someone in need of prayer. It was a blessing to see the old guard and the new generation praying together.
Your mom was a special lady. Though we will miss her, her legacy lives on.
