Ashleigh Nicole-Faye Manning, 21, of Lafayette, died at 6:54 AM Sunday, April 15, 2012 as the results of an automobile accident.
She was born March 14, 1991, in Lafayette, to Kent and Lisa Clements Manning of Lafayette.
She graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School in 2009.
Ashleigh enjoyed spending time with her friends, she also cherished the time she spent with her godson Jaharri.

Ashleigh loved life, she did what she wanted when she wanted and how she wanted, she never cared what anyone thought, anyone who knows her knows how true this is.

Surviving along with her parents are a brother Bryce Manning of Lafayette; Grandparents Jim and Dorothy Clements of Lafayette; aunt and uncles Jeff and Susan Ticen of Lafayette, James Hall of Princeton and two cousins Kayla dn Karla Ticen.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 pm Thursday April 19, 2012 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel. A Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm Friday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette, IN 47909 with Rev. Dr. Beth Myerson officiating.

I know all your hearts are heavy with sadness. I hope the strength and love of your great family will pull you through this terrible time. Knowing Kent and Kayla, I know what great people you are. You are all in my thoughts.

I went to school with Ashleigh from middle school to high school, but we didn&t become close friends until our junior and senior year. I just wanted to say that I am thankful to have had the chance to get to know her because she is definitely one of a kind. I loved her personality and her loyalty to her friends. She was very caring and always there to talk to or help me when I needed it. She had a very contagious and beautiful smile that I will surely miss.
