Arlene was one of our first customers when we started our business 40 years ago, and continued to be until she moved out of her home last year. She was also one of our favorites! She was always so kind. I still have her last message on our office answering machine, she always identified herself with name and address, even though we had considered her a good friend for years. It always made me smile when I listened to her messages! She never had a complaint about anything in all of the years that we knew her. We are so sorry for your loss.
