Marvin S. Hill Jr., 57, of Lafayette, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at his home.  He was born November 30, 1967, in Lafayette, IN, to the late Marvin and Jenette (Smith) Hill.

Marvin graduated from Seeger Memorial High School in 1986 and served in the US Army.  He worked at Grane for 12 years.

Marvin was involved in supporting the SURF Center in Lafayette and enjoyed NASCAR, traveling and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

Surviving is his companion Jennifer A. Ulutas of Lafayette, sisters Tammy S. (David) Thorn of Hoopeston, IL and Samantha S. Hill of Williamsport. Also surviving niece, Amanda Scheurich (Andrew) and nephew, Cody Thorn (Elizabeth), great niece Ellie Thorn, great nephew Chase Scheurich.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd.

Visitation will also be from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Maus Funeral Home, 704 S Council Street, Attica.  Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Williamsport, Indiana.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
