Lisa A. Macauley

Lisa A. Macauley, 62, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026.  She was surrounded by her family and friends at her home in Lafayette.  She was born in McKeesport, PA on January 10, 1964.

Lisa graduated from Bloom Trail High School in Sauk Village, IL.

She married Jim Macauley on April 30, 2005, in Las Vegas and he survives.

Lisa worked in auto paint procurement for PPG and Forrest Paint.

She enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, gardening, painting, crafts, puzzles, and shopping.

Surviving along with her husband is Lisa’s mother Barbara A. (Henry) Idles of Calumet City, IL and sons Michael A. Bonaparte of Sauk Village, IL and Ryan P. (Marissa) Bonaparte of Whiting, IN.

Also surviving are her siblings Diane Harris of Minooka, IL, Kim (Rich) Berzinski of Salisbury, NC, and Anthony Sanetta of Calumet City, IL.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father Anthony C. Sanetta.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm (Eastern Time) until the time of the scripture service at 7:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Saturday, February 28, 2026, Soller-Baker Lafayette Chpael, 400 Twyckenham Blvd.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Lisa’s memory.
