Judith A. Dyer-Crowder, 71, of Lafayette, now with her Lord and Savior, passed away, Thursday, February 10, 2022, at her home with her family by her side.
She was born May 6, 1950, in Idaville to the late Theodore “Ted” and Hazel Humphrey. She had a Bachelors Degree in Divinity and worked as a tax professional at H&R Block. She had many hobbies, including selling Avon, quilting, sewing, crocheting, knitting, and arts of various kinds.
She married Leslie W. Dyer on February 3, 1967, and he preceded her in death on February 8, 2018. She married James R. Crowder on May 18, 2018, and he survives.
Surviving are 2 daughters and 1 son, Michelle L. (Eddie) Lemcharfi, Matthew W. (Jen Echevarria) Dyer, and Myrna L. (Curtiss) Erb; numerous grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 step-son, Joe Crowder; 2 step-grandchildren and 2 step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara Davis of Eattonton, GA.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Soller-Baker, Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, IN 47909 with Pastor Jeff Johns officiating.
Interment will follow at Meadow View Cemetery, 3733 Poland Hill Rd., Lafayette, IN 47909.
