Jeffrey Allen Myers, 47, of Fort Worth, TX, died at 3:54 PM Saturday February 23, 2013 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1965, in Lafayette, IN, to Michael and Sandra Myers of Monticello He attended Harrison High School and after graduating in 1984, went to serve in the Marine Corps where he was a helicopter mechanic in Cherry Point, NC. After the marines he worked at Fairfield Manufacturing for 10 years as a CNC technician. He then worked as an appliance repairman for Beeson's for several years before moving to Florida where he worked construction. . Jeff recently moved to Texas to be close to his beautiful daughter and was currently working as a supervisor for Martin Sprocket and Gear. He enjoyed NASCAR, Purdue Basketball and Football, fishing, and cooking. His easy manner and gentle soul was a comfort to those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be missed because of his caring ways and beautiful smile. Surviving with his parents are a daughter Gracie Kay Myers and her grandparents Daniel and Diana Record all of Texas Brother, Robert Myers, wife Trish, Fishers, IN Brother, Timothy Myers, Wife Amy, Mt. Juliet, TN Maternal Grandmother Kathleen Myers of Delphi, IN. Ex wives, Sharon Bukulmez, and Lori Wallace Myers, and many Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews . Preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents and Maternal Grandfather. Visitation will be 5-8PM Friday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel Funeral Service 1 PM at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel Pastor Michael Salemink officiating.
