Donald Patrick 94, passed away on Thursday, August 26th at Creasy Springs. Born September 30, 1926, in Bringhurst, Indiana to Edward and Gladys (Dunk) Patrick, Don was the third born of a total of 12 children. In March of 1947, Don married Ovetta Black, and they later divorced. After moving from Indiana, Don lived over 50 years in Nevada, most recently in Pahrump, Nevada.
Don is survived by his 4 sons: Elmer (Judy) of Pahrump, Nevada, Richard of Fort Myers, Florida, Robert (Jenny) of Lafayette and Charles (Judi) of Pensacola, Florida. Grandsons, Steven (Sherri), Jess (Caroline) of Greenwood, Indiana and Ben of Bloomington, Indiana. Don is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren. Surviving siblings of Don are brothers: Homer, James, Roy, Evan and sisters: Sharon Davis of Kentucky and Mary Pemberton of Fairmont, Indiana. Proceeded in death by his parents, brothers Kenneth, Roger, Elmer, Ralph, and sister Norma.
A memorial service is being planned at the Lafayette Church of the Brethren at 1 PM on Saturday, September 11th.
