*Please note, the Value Packages mentioned above do not include sales tax or cash-advanced items (newspaper notice, cemetery expenses, clergy honorarium, certified death certificate copies, musicians, cemetery expenses, florists, etc.). These items will be paid by the responsible party/parties. Both packages require full payment or assignment of insurance proceeds equal to the amount of the service prior to the service date.
