Zachary Blake Goldsberry LaGuire, Age 29 of Lafayette, was born March 2, 1985 in Lafayette to Randy and Loni Dean LaGuire. He went to be with Jesus on January 29, 2015 after prolonged complications from a surgery. Zach graduated from Faith Christian School in 2003 and attended Ivy Tech State College. He worked for Ashley Furniture, Furniture Row, Lehnen's Furniture, and was currently employed by Applied Industrial Technologies. He married the love of his life, Rachel Michelle Neal, in New Castle, IN on November 1, 2014. He grew up attending First Assembly Community Ministries and was a current member of Faith Church, where he was active in adult and children's ministries. His hobbies included model trains and rockets, gardening, construction, video games, and movies. Zach had a great love for his wife and family. He loved nothing more than spending time with his nephews and niece. Throughout this physical trial, he was constantly praying that he would be a light for Christ. It was evident from interactions with those at the hospital that he let that light shine brightly. He is survived by his wife, Rachel; parents, Randy and Loni LaGuire, of Lafayette; brother, Nick LaGuire (Heather), of Edmond, OK; sisters, Lauren Larson (Bryan), of Dunlap, IL, and Kinsey LaGuire, of Peoria, IL; paternal grandparents, David H. and Fran LaGuire, of Lafayette; nephews, Gavin, Blayne, Preston, and Rohen Larson; niece Cate LaGuire; and in-laws, Denny and Deanna Neal, of New Castle, IN. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friend, Adam Howard (Sarah), of Lafayette. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 3, at Faith Church 5526 St. Rd. 26 E, Lafayette, IN 47905. Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 4, at Faith Church.
