I was informed of Bill&s passing a short while ago and am shocked and saddened to hear that news. I have been a co-worker of Bill&s for many years and have had the highest regard for his abilities as an engineer. He made many, many important contributions to the work that goes on at Spectral Systems / Sierra Nevada Corporation. I will miss him not only as a co-worker but as a person who was very principled and quietly demonstrated a great amount of personal integrity. I regret very much that i cannot offer my condolences in person. To his family and friends in this time of loss, please accept my sincerest and deepest heartfelt sympathy. You will be missed, Bill.

I was so sad to hear of Bill&s passing. I was very surprised when he reached out to me via email about 7-10 years ago. We corresponded for several years. He happily shared photos of his home in Ohio, his favorite places in Indiana and his challenges with life and work. He just stopped writing about 3-4 years ago.

I wish Bill, you and your family peace. My mother, Arlene Ray has also asked me to send you her condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Bill while at Wainwight. He was always a nice guy and so smart. It was obvious that he was a kind and gentle young man. I wish that I had known him better. I am sorry to not be able to be at the visitation, but I don&t get around easily. I hope that your memories will comfort you.
Sincerely, Judy
