Sharon A. Sandefur, 72, of Lafayette, IN, died at 1:30 PM Friday August 16, 2013 at her Residence. She was born January 24, 1941, in Lafayette, IN, to the late Ralph and Anna Brown Smith. On December 16, 1988 she married John Sandefur in Lafayette. Sharon worked at Yonuts Donut company in West Lafayette for five years and was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and time spent with her family and friends. Surviving are her Husband,John M. Sandefur of Lafayette, IN, daughters, Roxanne Owens of Romney, IN, Rhonda Reuzenaar, companion Eric Gardenhire of Lafayette, IN, step children are Jonna Sandefur of TN, Jeffery Sandefur of West Lafayette, IN, James Sandefur of Lafayette, IN, brothers Roland Smith wife Pat, Butch Smith wife Cindy, Robert Smith wife Wanda all of Lafayette, IN and Fred Smith wife Rose of Taverse Fl. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Preceded in death by a son Donald W. Reuzenaar and a sister Donna Martin. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday August 20,2013 10 Am at St. Boniface cemetery, Rev. Guy Brown officiating. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
