To the family of Mrs. Davit: My prayers are with you at this time. I live at 1315 S. 2nd and knew Mr. and Mrs. Davit while growing up--they were friends of my parents/aunt and uncle. I visited her several times before she went to the assisted living center. Also I remember when she worked at Loeb&s Dept. Store--she was an excellent seamstress and made drapes, curtains, etc. for customers. I am sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Alice R. Anderson

I am Sue Hammer, daughter of Ruthanna Oppy who lives in Bickford Cottage. I visit my mother several times a week and I play the keyboard there each month. I almost always saw Santa walking around the building on my visits and we always spoke with her. She always had a smile and warm words. We will truly miss her.
