I was saddened to hear of the passing of one of the most gregarious men I have ever met. He was full of joy every time I encountered him. The world’s loss is heaven’s gain. I thank the Lord for sharing him with me if only for a brief period of time. May he Rest In Peace Jim Watson,MD

We are so sad for the loss of Roy! We know that our loss is Heaven's gain! Will miss Roy's smile and he always had a funny (most of the time) joke ready to tell you. He loved Jesus, Marietta and his family! Will miss him here but just glad that he is no longer suffering and has a very special NEW birth date! Keeping Marietta and all of the family in our hearts and prayers!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Marietta Marty and I hold you and your loved ones in prayer. Roy and you were such a faithful couple to the Lord Jesus. Roy is now in God's heavenly care and God is surrounding you with His loving. healing strength. God Bless you. We hold many fond memories of you both and the Dayton congregation. One memory in particular was when our daughter, Lara, had a kidney disease Roy stayed all night in the church praying for her. She eventually was healed.

Lots of happy memories of you all going back to the 60's! God is good, and His goodness will be glorified in the telling of Roy's life with Him. I can hear him laughing still.
