Ronald L. Bushong, 72, of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in his residence.
He was born October 8, 1946, in Lafayette to the late Charles and Ruth Ray Bushong. Ronald attended Southwestern High School. His marriage was to Jessie J. Green and she survives.
He worked as a supervisor for Industrial Plating Inc. here in Lafayette for many years and then retired.
Ronald enjoyed fishing , gambling and working in his yard . He enjoyed the time he had to be with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are Wife, Jessie Bushong of Lafayette, IN, Daughter, Jessica (Paul) Ford of Waveland, IN, Son, Ronald (Dede) Bushong, Jr. of Colburn, IN, Daughter, Lisa (Nick) Killey of Lafayette, Granddaughter, Josie (Joe) Crane, Grandson, Jordan Thompson, Grandson, Joseph (Bailey) Killey, Grandson, Cory Killey, Great Granddaughter, Elli Crane, Great granddaughter, Kenna Kiger, Brother, Jerry Bushong of CO.
Ronald was preceded in death by daughter Helen Bushong, grandson Micheal Thompson and 4sisters and 4 brothers.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Friday November 16, 2018 at Soller- Baker Funeral Home 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette. Followed by funeral service at 1:00:pm Rev. Ed Underwood officiating. Interment will be at West Point Cemetery.
